shipping and delivery 

My art prints and my original artworks, can take up to 1-2 working days before they are dispatched. Expected delivery times are typically 3-5 days within Denmark, and 7-14 working days abroad. In Denmark, shipping costs from DKK 42 - sent by GLS or Postal code For deliveries abroad, a fee is added according to the freight supplier's applicable standard rates. If you are shopping from a country outside the EU, I would like to point out that any customs and VAT fees may be added to shipments that exceed the value of dk 2,000 and charged upon receipt. If there are delays with Post Nord/freight company, this will delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. If there are delays, I will try to contact you.  I would also like to point out that the customer is responsible for specifying the correct delivery address, email and telephone number. 

Works of art for personal orders have a longer delivery time due to the production time. I use 14 working days - preparing and collect matching wishes to the personal artwork, and paint the art. when the art is complete and the costumer is satisfied I will send it according to above freight 

Complaint

You have a 24-month right to complain about errors or defects in the product from the time you received the product. You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have established the error. A justified complaint means that you can either have the item repaired, have the item re-delivered, get a price reduction or get the money back, depending on the specific situation. 

The right to complain expires if the error or deficiency is caused by you yourself, for example as a result of incorrect use or repair. A complaint is sent to Ta9a@stridh.dk, attaching a photo which clearly shows the error / deficiency. 

A justified complaint, I will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. 

Right of withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the item has not been used, is in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received the item. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must bear the costs associated with returning the goods yourself. You are also responsible for compensation for the shipment. If you regret your purchase, you must notify me before the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period by text message or e-mail to Ta9a@stridh.dk Write clearly that you are exercising your right of cancellation. 

Refund of the purchase amount You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the item. If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid me back. 

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. I make such a refund by transferring the money directly to your bank account. I can withhold the refund until I have received the item back.

Return of prints and artwork 

Return the item no later than 14 days from the day you received the item. You send the item to the following postal address: Tania Stark sydager 3 4070 kirke Hyllinge The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when you received it. Return costs are borne by you. Attach a note in the return package with your name and surname, name of the product, order number or invoice and your bank details so that I can return your money.

The condition of the item when you send it back Remember that you bear the risk of the item's condition from the time the item was delivered to you until the time it is returned to me. You are liable for any deterioration of the artwork due to handling other than what is necessary.

If the item is in a worse condition than when I sent it, I consider the work to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Work of Art that you can not return  

Personally ordered work of art you can not return after the accept of the complete art and the payment.

Paintings that have been made especially according to the customer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch I dont give a refund or return the payment as the specification has been personally ordered and the payment also includes my time used on a very specifik personal artwork 

The copyright of the reference images used to paint the artwork belongs to the customer. and therefore cannot be resold.
