When buying art prints online, the full amount is deducted and the item is sent afterwards. When purchasing commissioned works of art, payment is made in 2 instalments. 50% of the total price of the artwork is paid in advance before the painting begins. The amount is deducted from the buyer's account/card immediately. The remaining 50% of the artwork's total price is paid before delivery.

If you want to use one of my piece of artwork in an illustration or for reproduction in a book, poster, postcard, flyer or as part of marketing material, you pay additionally for a the right of use according to an agreement with me. A right to reproduce or copy my artwork is by agreement with Tania Stark. The copyright to my artwork remains Tania Stark, so purchasing an original artwork or art print does not per automatic includes the right of reproduction or right of use. a reproduction with a view to sale without my permission is a violation of copyright legislation and the one I act according to. by infringing my copyright to my works. A right of use is only transferred upon payment and when an issued invoice has been received. Please note that several of my artworks are license based, in which reference photographs that I have used and which are partially reproduced in my art have been purchased with a license for reproduction and sale.
